Ph. D. Rodrigo González Rodrigo A. González was born in Viña del Mar, Chile, in 1992. earned the professional title of Ingeniero Civil Electrónico and Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (UTFSM, Valparaíso, Chile) in 2016, obtaining the Best Electronic Engineering Student Award. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Division of Decision and Control Systems at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, in 2022.
